Cyclone ‘Bulbul’ great danger signal 10: Monday’s JSC, JDC exams postponed

The government has suspended the Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) exams of November 11 (Monday) due to Cyclone 'Bulbul'.

A severe storm 'Bulbul' which is nearing the coasts.

MA Khair, public relations officer of the Education Ministry, confirmed the matter to media.

On the other hand, the scheduled JSC and JDC exams for Saturday were rescheduled for the same reason, and the postponed JSC exam will be held on November 12 while the JDC exam will take place on November 14.

Different places of the country,  have been experiencing rainfall under the influence of the storm since Friday morning.

Bangladesh raised the storm danger signal on Saturday morning as cyclone ‘Bulbul’ intensified further and was expected to make landfall around Saturday evening, the great danger signal No 10 for Mongla and Payra ports and nine coastal districts in the region on Saturday morning as very severe cyclonic storm ‘Bulbul’ approaches.
