Can wealth be achieved without stable health? Everyone will agree on this matter that health is the first priority regardless of wealth. Individual health depends on many factors. One factor which contributes a great deal in this 21st century is occupation.
Individual well being can affect their work either beneficially or adversely. Every occupation
consists of some do’s and don't. Sometimes occupational health hazards are overlooked which in turn may cause havoc in society.

Occupational Mental health is yet to be highlighted in our country. Every organization should
take necessary steps to overcome the cause of this situation. The government’s involvement in utilization of the legislature to improve the current scenario is becoming mandatory.Therefore, encouraging the implementation of mental health work plans and regular monitoring of employee health and well-being is a call of time. A healthy workforce is a vital requirement for the country's economy in the 21st century.
